I hoped to work with faculty in higher Ed to improve classroom engagement. My goals shifted as I had great classes and amazing opportunities during my IPT program. I am now more interested in non-profit curriculum development. What are some of your day-to-day responsibilities in your roles? I design curriculum and educational products and anything related to LDS missionary learning. I have also designed training for edtech managers in Ghana. How have you found your jobs? What advice do you have for someone trying to find a job in the instructional design and technology? Both jobs came through the email list or seminar in the IPT program. In what ways did your graduate program prepare you for your career? My work is directly related to what I learned in IPT: sound principles of learning design, open educational resources, assessment, evaluation, and creative collaboration. Comments are closed.
